- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, or unflavored protein powder
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp allulose
- 1 tsp Just Better Fiber Light whipped cream or dairy-free coconut whipped cream
