  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp allulose
  • 1 tsp Just Better Fiber Light whipped cream or dairy-free coconut whipped cream

    Add everything to a blender, or small food processor and blend until smooth.
