Clean Cooking: Shortcuts That Still Work

It is not only what you cook. It is how you work.

Clean cooking is less about perfect ingredients and more about a kitchen that stays usable while you cook.

Good shortcuts look like mise en place that matches the recipe, a trash bowl within reach, wiping the board between tasks, and choosing the pan that fits the job. Bad shortcuts look like skipping browning, overcrowding, or leaving a sticky mess that makes the next step harder.

If a shortcut creates cleanup, confusion, or flat flavor, it was not a shortcut.
