Sometimes you just want a simple frittata. Substitute any vegetables and cheese that you feel like
Ingredients:
1 cup Kalamata olives sliced
1 cup mixed colored peppers sliced
8-10 eggs whisked
1/2 cup feta cheese
Directions:
Sauté vegetables on stove until they just start to get soft then add the egg and massage the egg into the vegetables. Add the cheese then add to a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 10 about minutes.
When dome the frittata should easily slide out of the pan. Slice like a pizza
