Cook the Lentils
Rinse lentils thoroughly. Add to saucepan with 1½ cups water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a gentle simmer. Cook uncovered 18-22 minutes until tender but still slightly firm. Drain excess liquid if needed.
Season lightly with sea salt after cooking. You should have about 1½ cups cooked lentils.
Build the Bowl
Start with ¾ cup warm lentils as the base.
Add edamame and fresh vegetables for volume and texture.
Slice the 3 oz chicken thinly and fan across the top visually generous, portion smart.
Drizzle olive oil and fresh lime juice.
Add 1-2 drops Spice Drops, start small. It’s concentrated.
Season lightly and toss gently before eating so the heat distributes evenly.
