Simple Frittata

Sometimes you just want a simple frittata. Substitute any vegetables and cheese that you feel like

Simple Frittata

Ingredients

Scale:
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives sliced
  • 1 cup mixed sweet peppers sliced
  • 8-10 eggs whisked
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese

Directions

    Sauté vegetables on stove until they just start to get soft then add the egg and massage the egg into the vegetables.

    Add the cheese then add to a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 10 about minutes.

    When dome the frittata should easily slide out of the pan.

    Slice like a pizza
