Quick & Healthy Tuna Quinoa Bowl

Ingredients
Scale:
- 1 cup leftover quinoa
- 1 can of tuna (in water drained)
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbls avocado oil
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 2 tsps Red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsps dill
- Salt and pepper
- Garnish parsley or cilantro
Directions

In a bowl add quinoa, flake the tuna, avocado, and tomatoes.

Combine avocado oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper, then drizzle over the bowl.

Sprinkle with fresh dill.

Garnish with parsley or cilantro.
