- 2 tablespoons finely snipped chives
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1-15oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained, Dressing
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Using a julienne peeler, cut the carrots into julienne pieces.

Place the carrots in a medium serving bowl.

Add the chives, parsley, and chickpeas to the bowl.
