Spicy garbanzo beans
This is a great dish for a week night meal. Not a lot of prep but protein and fiber rich.

Ingredients:
1 15oz can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon of a chipotle powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon of lime zest
1 tablespoon of lime juice
Directions:
Drain the and dry the garbanzo beans. Add them to a dry pan and sauté for about 3 minutes.
Add the next 6 spices, Continue to sauté for another 2 minutes.
Add the lime and lime zest. Saute for another 3 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
