 Ingredients:

 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, or unflavored protein powder
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allulose

1 tsp Just Better Fiber

Light whipped cream or dairy-free coconut whipped cream


Directions:

Add everything to a blender, or small food processor and blend until smooth.

Place in refrigerator until chilled. it gets thicker in the refrigerator.

When ready to serve…

In a small cup or bowl add 2 tbls of mousse, a quick spray of whipped cream, another 1 tbls of mousse, a dollop of whipped cream and 

a sprinkle of fresh cinnamon over the top.
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
