Ingredients:
4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbs honey
2 tbs rice vinegar
1 tbs fresh ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbs sesame oil
Garnishes:
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tbs sesame seeds
Fresh cilantro, chopped Lime wedges for serving
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Set oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil until smooth.
Place cod fillets on the lined baking sheet. Brush each fillet generously with the glaze.
